One of the issues raised in the parish plan is speeding on the village roads and lanes.  A survey was last carried out on the Street in 2003. 

It has been decided to carry out a new survey in three areas: Taits Hill, The Avenue/The Street and the far end of Wick Lane. 

The speed gun has been booked for the end of April beginning of May.  A lot of volunteers will be needed to cover the day from 7am to 7pm in hourly slots, ideally for 3 days.

The survey will only be successful if we can provide GCC with accurate data over a period of time.
